Goals

Short Term

Weight:
  • To cycle the Freedom Marathon in my size 16 lycra shirt: November 8.
  • To be in the 90's by Christmas.
  • To try and minimise social eating events for the next term to get power on with weight loss
Home:
  • To rip up the deck, move the pavers so that I can level the fence area and put a tall fence in.

Medium Term

  • To be in the 80's by Margis wedding.
  • To get pregnant.

Long Term

To have a body which can get off the sidelines (ropes course, swimming pools, trampoline park) and enjoy what life has to offer. To be the weight and fitness which maximise my health and energy.
